This practice teaches the fundamentals of Handstand, Forearm Balance, and Shoulderstand. You won’t get into these postures just yet; instead, you’ll focus on prep work to build strength, mobility, and confidence. The steady, strong sequence includes Forearm Plank, Dolphin, Lunge Salutations, Garudasana (Eagle Pose), Bridge, and Shoulderstand. This class previously aired on March 5, 2025.
