This whole-body workout combines Vinyasa yoga with Pilates to leave you feeling stronger and standing taller. You’ll emphasize control, balance, and form in an energized, sweaty series of Sun Salutations, Planks, side-lying outer thigh work, Tabletop exercises, lower body stretches, and Pilates Push Ups.
