This class is all about lolasana (pendant pose). Those of you working on pick up and jump backs, this class is for you. With minimal flow, this class plays out more like a hatha practice. Using 2 blocks, make your way through various core strengtheners and a few standing postures like crescent pose and hanumanasana (front splits). Turn up the heat and fire up your core.
