This 20 minute practice is cross-training for the eyes. In our modern world, we spend much of our day with our eyes fixed at one focal point (our electronic devices). When we're looking close-up, the eye muscles are contracted and when we're gazing into the distance, they are able to relax. When we relax the muscles of the eyes, we can relax the entire nervous system. This practice combines a variety of eye exercises with palming, relaxation, and lion's pose to help us see the world with new eyes.
