This straight up flow focuses on your padas (feet) and hastas (hands). Cueing is very big on the articulation of the arches and the engagement of the hands. We navigate through a standard flow with warrior 1, 2, 3, trikonasana and few others. We finish with some time for our inversions, two backbends and a good amount of time on our backs.
