A class for seniors, beginners and people with general limitations. Through the use of a chair, block and strap, this class is a guide to safe and effective postures to stretch the shoulders, back and hip joints. It covers essential alignment to establish a good foundation for your practice. Use twists, side-bends and forward folds to create more space in your body. Props Needed: A chair, 2 blocks, a bolster, a strap and a blanket.
