This breath-oriented slow-moving session begins with the practice of palming the eyes, which releases strain and tension around the eyes that builds up particularly when we're under stress or have been staring at a screen or a book for a long time. After a seated moving twist and kneeling postures with support, the practice segues into a standing shoulder stretch sequence designed to facilitate more fluidity in the body. We move into squatting and then lying down to decompress the low back before ending with a short savasana. No Props Required.
