The jaw is a common area for all people to hold emotional, muscular, and psychic strain. This short session will help release your jaw by guiding you through jalandhara bandha (the throat seal), lion's pose, and facilitated stretches for your jaw and tongue. All poses are done supine in order to facilitate maximum release. Props Needed: A blanket and a block.
