Move through standing poses as you work on the slide and glide of your bones to help create joint space and ease in movement. Dynamic movements in standing poses emphasize the articulations of your body. Bend and straighten your legs to establish the joint space in your lower limbs. Work your legs in utkatasana, parsvottanasana, anjaneyasana and hanumanasana. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
