Begin with utthita hasta padangusthasana, using props as needed for support, then move steadily into ardha baddha padmottanasana, utkatasana and virabhadrasana. Finish with padmasana, then learn yoga mudrasana, taking time to focus on your ujjayi breath before relaxing into savasana.
