A walking meditation is a wonderful tool for bringing mindfulness into your everyday life. Class will begin and end seated, but make sure you have a clear space to walk slowly in between. This practice can be particularly helpful when you're feeling restless, or if you're looking for ways to bring your practice off the cushion and into the world.
