This class focuses on stretching the deep muscles along the spine (paraspinals) and articulating the spinal curves through twists and back arches. As a result the spine and spinal nerves are nourished and enlivened. Props Needed: Two blocks, a blanket, a bolster and a strap. Prop Suggested: Wall space for head stand.
