A quick sequence with a focus on creating strength and energy for your core, your body's center. Variations on forearm plank and forearm side plank (forearm vasisthasana), as well as boat pose (navasana) are sprinkled throughout as connecting poses between flows. Take a moment to fly in handstand before resting in child's pose. A great class to do if you are preparing for advanced arm balancing work.
