This advanced Vinyasa practice features a strong flow with standing and twisting poses to tap into your strength, flexibility, and balance. Begin building heat in the body with light backbends and core work before finding your flow with twists and lunges. Peak in Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana with Chapasana and an optional headstand.
