This Vinyasa class focuses on flexibility through slow, rhythmic movement and deep stretching. Begin gradually with Half Sun Salutations, Low Lunge and Side Lunge, then move into supported Monkey Pose. This class was previously streamed on June 1, 2021. Props Required: a block and a strap.
