"Yoga on the mat is a sacred laboratory where we can shed our protective exterior and be with ourselves in a deep and healing way."
Jo offers over 15 years of experience in leading Vinyasa Flow classes that are devoted to creating a sacred space in which you can channel energy towards transformative and life affirming means. This is done through intention, dedication, prayer, conscious breath, sound and movements that reflect radical self care in the truth of the moment. Vinyasa is an unhurried exploratory and creative flow that is steeped in the traditions of yoga master Krishnamacharya and the yoga traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. With over 20 years of practice and devotion to the healing arts including; meditation, Shiatsu & 5 Element Theory, Energetic Bodywork, Prenatal/Post Natal yoga, Nutrition, Anatomy/Physiology and Core Shamanism; Jo brings into the practice a reverence for the mystery of life and encourages all students to practice with spontaneity by stepping into the unknown.
Meditation
A sense of grounding brings stability and calm to the body and mind, helping to counter confusion, restlessness, and a scatterbrain. This practice guides you to find that grounding with a mix of breathwork and visualization meditation, including Diaphragmatic Breathing, Centering Breath Visualization, Growing Roots Visualization, and Open Awareness Meditation. This class previously aired on April 8, 2025.
Yoga
This relaxing Vinyasa practice stretches your body without overworking to help you unwind the day and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. No Savasana is included, but finish feeling ready to glide into bed. This class previously aired on April 6, 2025.

This quick, low-intensity Vinyasa practice helps to release stress with lots of gentle movement. It’s excellent on those afternoons when you’re feeling low energy but still want to move. Start with Straddle, Cat/Cow, and Child’s Pose, then enjoy Sphinx, Down Dog, and Crescent before finishing with an easy twist. This class previously aired on April 1, 2025.
