Work through a full range of movement with props to effectively strengthen your core while putting your stamina on blast. Though challenging, this class moves slowly, offering time to learn each move. Exercises include Hundreds, Roll Up, Single- and Double-Leg moves, Side Leg Sweep, and Plank.
