Inspired by a mandala, this practice moves through a circular flow while considering how to apply elements of your mind-body connection off the mat. Build heat with Sun Salutation B, Fallen Triangle, and Goddess Squat, then round out with Wheel Pose, supine twists, and Savasana. This class previously aired on September 9, 2022.
