This slow yet steady Vinyasa flow familiarizes you with Ayurveda's Vata Dosha (an energy in your body that relates to the air element) and helps to harmonize your systems with breathwork and grounding movement. Postures include Warrior II, Triangle, Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose, Janu Sirasana, and Butterfly Pose. You’ll also gain an understanding that when the Vata Dosha is out of balance, it can lead to anxiety, overwhelm, or scattered digestion. This class previously aired on November 15, 2022. Though not intended to be a Prenatal practice, this class can be prenatal-friendly if you are a seasoned practitioner moving through pregnancy.
