Explore exercises and drills that use props for “Baby” Crow, “Adult” Crow, and “Rollie Pollie” Crow, then enjoy Locust Pose and Single Pigeon to finish. This is the second class in Jo’s 4-class Crow Pose Series, which takes you through the essentials for achieving the advanced arm balance, Crow Pose (Bakasana/Kakasana).
