Embody a fluid nature in this quick, steady practice that honors the sacred waters inside and outside your body. Progress through a standing sequence that includes a Dancing Warrior flow, Half Moon, and Side Plank variation, then finish with Upward Facing Bow and Spinal Twist. You’ll focus on moving with a weightless rhythm. This class is part of Jo’s five-class Elements Series, which features 30-minute creative flows based on one of the five elements of nature (Pancha Bhutas).
