Practicing lots of twists in this Hatha class will help boost your energy, improve flexibility, and work your obliques and intercostal muscles. Move steadily through Sun Salutations, then find twisting variations in Lunge, Half Split, Warrior II, Wide-Legged Standing Forward Fold, and seated postures.
