This class breaks down the elements of twisting postures as you slowly work through various twists that help you gain more range of motion. Start seated, gently warm up with Cat/Cow, find twists in Low Lunge and High Lunge, then cool down in Head-To-Knee Pose and a seated twist (Sage Pose). A suitable practice for beginners.
