This Vinyasa practice extends and twists the spine, leaving you feeling open and more mobile throughout your torso. Flow through seated Cat/Cow, dancing Camel variations, Low Lunge with twists, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), modified Parivritta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle), Figure Four, and Bridge Pose.
