This Vinyasa class embraces how asana (yoga postures) is not a one-size-fits-all model and encourages you to move in a way that feels good in your body. With lots of modifications and variations offered, explore side-body stretches, hip openers, and leg stretches while flowing through a relaxing sequence. Poses include Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Triangle, Goddess Pose, Extended Side Angle, Sugarcane Pose (Bound Half Moon), and Fallen Triangle. This class previously aired on January 19, 2024.
