Designed for moms as a Mother’s Day special, this Vinyasa practice guides you to breathe life back into your entire being. You’ll use a strap and backbends creatively to find more space in your torso for prana. Flow through lateral bends and twists, Anjeyanasana (Crescent) variations, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), and Pashchimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold).
