This fiery fusion workout delivers controlled Pilates exercises *plus* stamina-boosting cardio exercises to help you feel stronger for longer. Get your heart rate up through a sweaty series with standing Barre work, supine ab work, ballet-cardio moves, Planks, Yoga-lates with ankle weights, and glute work, then finish with an all-out arm series to burn out your entire body.
