Experience your core in a whole new way. This practice leads you to create a more three-dimensional experience of your torso while moving with your breath and focusing on core power. Start with isometric work in Plank and All Fours, then flow through lateral bends in Tadasana, creative Down Dogs, and arm variations in standing postures before cooling down in dynamic Bridge and Figure Four.
