This steady, powerful Pilates workout focuses on strength and control while activating your mind-body connection. Move through a higher-level, higher-intensity sequence with supine outer thigh work, a Scissor and Crunch series, a standing band series, side-lying Hydrants, All Fours glute work, and a Plank and Down Dog series.
