This class focuses on the core in a 360-degree way to build strength, function, and awareness throughout your entire center. Activate your abs, obliques, spine, glutes, and inner thighs in a mindful, brisk series that uses a Pilates ball in Roll Down, Hundreds, Double-Leg Stretch, Kneeling Knee-To-Elbow, Plank, and Teaser.
