This Vinyasa class considers how autumn affects you while flowing through a twist-focused sequence that’s great for spinal health, mobility, and digestion. Start with Thread the Needle and Bird Dog, then glide through Lunges, Navasana (Boat Pose), Archer Pose, Parivritta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon), and a challenging Side Plank variation.
