This calming class helps release tension in your lower back while promoting relaxation, making it an ideal evening practice to wind down and prepare for rest. Move slowly through Child’s Pose, Runner’s Lunge, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Lizard, Pigeon, Upavistha Konasana (Seated Wide-Legged Forward Fold), and Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose).
