Haley Havelock is a passionate yoga and meditation teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, and Pranayama. She received her initial 200-hour certification from Love Story Yoga and, since then, has accumulated thousands of hours of training and study. Haley has been sharing her love for yoga as an instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2017.
Known for her inspirational teaching style, light-heartedness, enthusiasm, and warm personality, Haley brings positivity to every class while creating a welcoming space for all. Drawing inspiration from esteemed teachers like Ram Dass, Stephanie Snyder, Jason Crandell, Tias Little, Tiffany Cruikshank, Anna Hughes, and Bex Urban, she embraces yoga philosophy, skillful sequencing, mindfulness, and community-building in her practice.
Yoga has brought Haley health, strength, and a deep sense of community. Grateful for her journey, she teaches with joy, both in person and online. When not on the mat, Haley enjoys hiking, cycling, fly fishing, home cooking, and spending time with her dogs. Her mission is to extend the practice of yoga to all, contributing to a more positive world.
