Celebrate the Winter Solstice in this meditative Vinyasa practice that aligns with nature's energy. Flow through Anahatasana (Melting Heart Pose), Malasana (Squat), Seated Goddess Pose, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Half Moon, Natarajasana (Dancer Pose), and Pigeon, then finish with a simple chant mantra (Om Namah Shivaya) to invoke positive transformation.
