This Hatha practice offers strength- and flexibility-boosting postures with space to center yourself and align with your intentions. Start with Lizard Lunge, Warrior I, Revolved Triangle, and Warrior III, then finish with relaxing, rejuvenating seated postures, including Forward Fold, Shoulderstand, and Fish Pose.
