This Mat Pilates practice features familiar exercises but turns it up a notch to boost your strength and ground your body. You’ll fire up your legs and core, plus open your shoulders and hips with mobility-focused moves. Use a Pilates ball in oblique work, Hip Curl, Scissors, and Kneeling Leg Sweeps, then finish with glider Lunges and Planks. This class previously aired on January 8, 2025.
