This quick class gives you a natural energy boost in a full-body strength series. You’ll move briskly through only a few reps of each exercise to build vitality without burning out or exhausting yourself, using a resistance band to intensify your work. Exercises include supine core work, Lunges, Squats, bicep and shoulder work, Clam, and Plank. This class previously aired on February 25, 2025.
