This practice focuses on building foundational strength in your legs and abdomen to bring more steadiness and stability to your practice and, of course, daily movements off the mat. You’ll start with a warm-up in Tabletop, then get into a continuous flow with Crescent, Dancing Warrior, deep Temple Squats, and Down Dog variations before cooling down in seated postures (no Savasana).
