Release tension in your lower back with this mindful Recovery class that utilizes a foam roller, bolster, wall space, and any other props you desire. You’ll focus on your breath while opening, stretching, and lengthening to support your body and your practice. Highlights include standing side-body openers, Pyramid Pose, Lunge, hip openers, and chest openers. Please note: If props are unavailable, grab a towel, pillow, or other household items to assist.
