Our peak poses are full side plank holding onto big toe (utthita hasta vasistasana), standing big toe (utthita hasta padangusthasana), flying side split (eka pada koundiyanasana ii), headstand (sirsasana) and upward facing bow (urdhva dhanurasana) backbend. Cool down with single pigeon (eka pada rajakapotasana) and forward bend (pascimottonasana). Savasana is the cherry on top :P
