This is a grounding practice that invites the practitioner to explore releasing unnecessary resistance and observing the play of breath and mind. Subtle actions create intelligent movement and a centering energy. The class includes hip openers, squats, forward bends and twists culminating in Pavritta Parsvakonasana. The pace is slow but the class is strong!
