Through powerful energy-lifting exercises, this Kundalini class awakens your vitality and leaves you radiant. It’s an excellent practice if you’re feeling weighed down or overwhelmed by life. Start with gentle Cat/Cows, explore a transformative kriya that reveals the essence of self, including dynamic arm movements, Bow Pose, Squats, spinal rolls, and Crow Pose, and then finish with a heart-opening meditation. You’ll explore dynamic full-body movements that activate energy from the base of your spine through the crown of your head, plus grounding techniques between postures that help you connect with inner calm and stay balanced.
