Murdock

New York native Jo Murdock started her fitness career in 2015. Before becoming an instructor, Jo danced at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as a Dance Major during her high school years. She continued dancing while majoring in Media Society and the Arts at SUNY Purchase, her alma mater. Jo is classically trained in ballet, Horton, and jazz and has experience in choreographing music videos.

Jo is a certified instructor in Barre, Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Meditation, Breathwork, and much more. She has a 500-hour RYT certification and has created wellness programs for kids, Yoga Alliance-certified training, and lectures. She has been featured in prominent publications and has taught for brands, including Nike, SELF Magazine, lululemon, and Netflix.

You’ll move from the front to the back of your mat (a metaphor of looking back to move forward) in a full-body flow with Forward Fold variations, Pigeon Pose, Chair Pose, and Firelog Pose. Embrace a fresh start while reclaiming your time for movement and self-care.

This Vinyasa practice focuses on opening up your lower body and building strength to help you create space for new possibilities and be ready for anything that comes your way. Explore a brisk-paced, steady flow with Figure Four variations in Down Dog and Chair, Anjaneyasana with a balancing variation, and Skandasana (Side Lunge).

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

This fun Vinyasa class embraces radiant Full Moon energy to open your mind and invite a sense of playfulness to your yoga practice. Flow steadily through Flip Dog, a Forward Fold variation, Warrior II, and the option for Handstand to explore something new on the mat. This class previously aired on December 24, 2024.
