Gustavo Padron is a yoga and meditation teacher, a personal trainer, a mindset coach, and an author living in Austin, Texas.
While preparing for a career in medicine, Gustavo suffered a hamstring injury running. In his quest to heal his body and manage stress, he discovered yoga. Over the last 10+ years of teaching, Gustavo has been uplifting his community through light-hearted classes featuring joyful movement and soothing meditations rooted in yoga traditions.
Gustavo is certified as an E-RYT 500 and is immensely grateful to his teachers and students. These days, he is deeply inspired by different movement modalities, including Ana Forrest's intelligent sequencing, Noah Maze's detail to alignment, Kathryn Budig's whimsical and creative approach to movement, and Wayne Dyer's perspective on spirituality.
Gustavo’s teachings extend beyond the mat. He is fiercely passionate about helping people reframe their thoughts and heal limiting beliefs in class and by applying the tools and practices in his published journal, grounded practice.
When not teaching or coaching, Gustavo can be found at a coffee shop working on his next book or playing at the park with his sassy Goldendoodle, Bayley.
