In our community, yoga is a daily celebration. But every year, we get a special opportunity to share our appreciation with the world on International Day of Yoga, which falls on June 21st. We invite you to join us in honoring it all month long with this collection of all-star yoga classics.

Yoga
As comforting and nostalgic as a peanut butter & jelly, this flow covers all the classics. Warm up with feel-good cat/cow variations, then turn it up with glute and outer thigh work. Move through surya A's and B's, then dance through creative vinyasa flows, layering in more classic poses with each round. You'll try out grasshopper pose, half moon, and handstand at wall, then enjoy a twisty, stretchy cool down.
Yoga
Go back to the classics with a full spectrum of traditional poses in a short amount of time. Get your body moving with surya namaskar A and B, then add activating glute and hamstring poses like variations of low lunge and crescent, building on this lunging series up to warrior II. You'll bring it back down with locust, pigeon and child's pose, then end your practice by taking a seat.
Yoga
This soothing practice creatively touches on a full spectrum of classic asanas and vinyasas, leaving you feeling succulent and nurtured.

Bring yourself back to the present moment with this short, sweet, and effective practice. Full of simple sun salutes, forward folds, backbends, and twists, this is classic yoga at its most efficient.
Yoga
There are 56 Chaturangas in the full primary series, not even including the closing postures. This is the posture everyone loves to skip through, speed up and basically ignore. However Chaturanga is not to be ignored. If it is not done with integrity, problems can arise and if its skipped over then we miss out on a vital opportunity to cultivate strength. Today we will pay attention to each and every one of these Chaturangas as we move through the primary series.
Yoga
Progression in yoga involves a slow journey from outer to inner and from coarse to subtle. Begin with a ten minute meditation and spend the first half of your practice on the floor, working your hip in variations of baddhakonasana. Then similar actions in a slow moving standing series. Finish with a meditation on the subtle feelings. Props Suggested: A block, a blanket, a strap and a bolster.
Yoga
You'll love this well rounded awakening practice. A little flow, some lunging, deepening side stretches and a little back bending make up this morning inspired class. Begin with standing half moon pose and say hello to the sun as you start to flow. Build just enough heat so you can open up for the rest of your day. Conclude your practice with a rejuvenating savasana. You'll feel centered and ready to go.
Yoga
